Summary: Hash Yes/No Attribute for File Element

Initial Comment:
Adding a Hash Yes/No attribute to the File element
would give the installer author more control over
unversioned files in the resultant MSI. In it's
absence, the author must supply the -sh command line
option to light.exe and manually set the DefaultSize
property. This feature would be useful to optimize
disk costing when a file hash is undesirable, i.e.
very large unversioned files.
