For an example of this, please compile the attached wxs file. The problem appears to be the addition of several columns in the Shortcut table to support MSI 4.0. These columns have not been included in the smalltables.xml table definitions file, but the ParseShortcutElement function of Compiler assumes that they exist (they are given values). Either the smalltables.xml file should include these columns as well, or Compiler should not assume that the new columns are there.
