Do you own all of the MSI files in question here?  If so, you could use dark.exe to decompile the current MSI into .wxs files and build up a new MSI from there.

 

If you don’t own the MSI, then you’ll probably need a chainer instead.

That scenario is no longer supported by the Windows Installer.
