I didn’t want to write a whole bug
for this, but the file bk.bmp seems to be missing from /wix/src/setupexe/Resources/…
[http://wix.cvs.sourceforge.net/wix/wix/src/setupexe/Resources/] which breaks local
builds. I just put something fake in there for now, but maybe it should be in
