Summary: Compiled help file not working.

Initial Comment:
In both the latest 2.0 delivery and even links just to the WiX.chm provided by 
others on the web, the help file system loads but does not provide any help 
information.

The outline of information is show; for example "Wix Help, Overview, Authoring, 
Tools, etc.".  However, information display area says "Navigation to the 
webpage was canceled" or "This program cannot display the webpage"

Both v2.0.5805.0 and v3.0.3419.0 work for me. Make sure that you're not
opening the .chm files from a network share: A security fix to Windows
causes the symptoms you describe.
