I think it is the VerifyReadyDlg, and it probably affects other UI types, but I have not checked these things accurately yet, it's why I only wrote about the WixUI_FeatureTree. It might be a Reinstall (Repair) - not an Uninstall (Remove), anyway, after it is done, the product remains unistalled.
