I was looking to build an installer with some optional features that were not
on by default but available for later selection a la SQL Server samples, but
after banging my head on the WiX 3.0 schema for a while, I can't seem to
knoodle out how to get INSTALLSTATE_ABSENT set for a feature... and the source
seems to indicate that it's not covered at all. Or maybe I'm just confused.
Urk?!
