Summary: web site external links are busted

Initial Comment:
All of the links on the WiX web site in the right-hand side menu seem to be
broken. For instance, the link that's supposed to take me here looks like this:

http://wix.sourceforge.net/http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=105970&atid=642714

They all have an extra "http://wix.sourceforge.net/"; prepended to them.

This problem varies, depending on where you are in the page hierarchy. For
example, if you try to follow the ‘Bug Database’ hyperlink then:

- on page http://wix.sourceforge.net/index.html it works correctly.

- on page http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix2/wix_index.htm it
generates the 404 error as legalize describes.

- on page http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix2/wix_xsd_index.htm it
generates the 404 error when using Firefox. However, when using Internet
Explorer 7, the hyperlink is completely disabled and nothing happens when
it is clicked.
