Thanks for the prompt reply.

As you have mentioned, we need to create a custom action for open dialog for
browsing.
Do we invoke a function from DLL using custom action? 
The function in turn will open the dialog browse for files (CFileDialog).
Do we need to use MSIGetProperty & MSISetProperty to obtain the file name?


Is there any other method which will make use of Wix GUI to achieve the
same?
