I'm using Wix 3.0.5301.0 in french ("fr-fr", 1036), and in the
WelcomeDlg page (WixUI_InstallDir dialog sequence) it reads "Bienvenu"
where french readers would expect "Bienvenue".
This would be my small contribution to your great work ;-)
