I have a change ready but blocked from pushing it currently. I'll see what I
can do to expedite at least that change (and another patch build bug I fixed in
the original internal source).

Currently we are using PatchGroup element to work around this issue. Is there
some better workaround for this other then referencing all patch families?
Can we hope for some sort of a fix for WiX 3.5 for this issue?
