The first sentence was about how Git makes this type of workflow easier. I
mentioned GitHub in that case because it’s typical workflow (documented in a
few of the help wiki pages) works well like that because branch is lightweight.
If CodePlex doesn’t support hooks yet (haven’t checked in a while, honestly)
and if you switch to Git, perhaps a test branch could be set up on GitHub. It’s
all the same repo, after all.

Need to fix a bug or add a feature? Fork, edit, commit, push to fork, send pull
request. Not sure if Codeplex supports hooks, but systems like Travis can even
run the test before anyone spends time in a code review. Could even use hooks
to send pull request to the DL.

Not really an issue for this one, but when we end up discussing a
change, it'd be cool if there a way to expose it on the DL (other than
by hand). I suppose Github et al expect you to follow the forks you're
interested in. Social coding, yo.
