Heat is 32bit. If you are on a 64bit box, your shell extension needs to be
registered as 64bit in order for explorer to use it (it's a 64 bit process).
Is your msi flagged as x64? If not, change it and retry. If my memory is
correct, heat doesn't emit any attributes that would flag the reg related
elements as x86. So it should just work.
