I created https://sourceforge.net/p/wix/bugs/3260/ because I noticed that
errors 1610, 1611, and 1651 did not appear as part of the error table that
you get when consuming WixUI and hence are not localized into the myriad of
languages that WixUI at large is translated into. I am hoping to get some
feedback from any developer over whether this is the right approach. If it
is apparent that this change is not the right one, we will probably just go
ahead and localize the strings in our own product for now.
