Microsoft tossed StyleCop over the wall; it looks like there's a lone 
dev working on it these days.

Still, might be worth looking at again, if we can bring modules "up to 
code" slowly.

After reading a lot about Go, I'm back to being convinced that a single 
canonical style is a good thing even if it offends the finer 
sensibilities. Mostly I blame braces: Python eliminates a lot of style 
arguments just by not having braces.<g>
