Looks like my email bounced first time. Let's see if this works:
1. The WebAddress/@Port has to be provided today. It may be a formatted
string so it can be configurable but it must be set.
2. There is no functionality to scan for the next free port.
3. The Custom Action will allow you to install multiple websites to the
same port. That is supported by IIS but as you've found only one web site
can be started per port.
Handling this problem isn't trivial. <smile/>
