There's a new branch named vs2013_templates.
Selecting it shows an entire build tree, the top of which shows:

Clicking that commit number shows:
Merge branch 'wix38' of https://git01.codeplex.com/wix into bugs_3839_4093

Not sure if that was an application gone wrong or what. I hope it doesn't mean
that the fixes for those two bugs are missing from wix38.
