Hi,
I created http://sourceforge.net/p/wix/bugs/3090/ a while ago but didn't
remember how to replicate it and it got closed. I've now got it
happening again with WiX 3.8 from a few months ago - running a rebuild
via the MSBuild "MSBuild" task skips the Compile target, logging:
Build started 11/22/2013 7:14:04 PM.
Project "I:\workspace\build.proj" on node 1 (installer target(s)).
Project "I:\workspace\build.proj" (1) is building
"I:\workspace\installer.sln" (2) on node 1 (msi:rebuild target(s)).
ValidateSolutionConfiguration:
Building solution configuration "Release|x64".
2>Project "I:\workspace\installer.sln" (2) is building
"I:\workspace\msi\msi.wixproj" (3) on node 1 (Rebuild target(s)).
3>Compile:
Skipping target "Compile" because all output files are
up-to-date with respect to the input files.

Is there a way to attach a Zip file containing the project, logs etc.
when creating a bug report?
