Okay I ran sn.exe -Vr *,36e4ce08b8ecfb17 for 32 bit sn.exe and 64 bit sn.exe
for SDK 7.0a and 8.0a and then did another build
Now I only copy the WixBalExtension.dll over to bin dir
I then try to compile my bootstrapper and I get same error could not load file
or assembly wix version......

I don't know about other people, but at work we're rapidly moving
everything over to VS2013. But I agree, I wish there was a way to choose
which components to build even when doing an 'official' build. I had a
fight trying to get it to identify Sandcastle when I have no need for
documentation on the build machines.

Is that even after installing an official build created with
OFFICIAL_WIX_BUILD=\path\to\wix.snk ? To use unofficial builds, you'll
need to add the key to the skip verification list on each machine using
"sn -Vr".
