How hard would issue 3693 be to tackle? I'd like to start contributing to
wix/burn since we're using it quite a bit. Don't want to byte off more than I
can chew.
I also have another feature I'd like to add to burn in regards to -layout.
Right now layout downloads all files. I'd like to have an option where it only
downloads to files required for the particular computer it's downloading to.
I'd like to use it in my App to download updates in the background and then run
the install offline.
