Currently we are still on CodePlex, but Rob is working hard to get the last few pull requests merged in, and then we are moving to GitHub. I'd say it would be safe to clone from CodePlex if you just want to dive around in the code, but unless you are familiar with Git and patch files I'd hold off on developing for a few days as the hope is Rob will have us on GitHub.
