I'll try installing the hotfix and see what happens.  I'm a little
confused, because it says it affects 2008 R2 but I didn't see any problems
there.  Also, Wow64DisableWow64FsRedirection is per thread and I still saw
the problem when created a dedicated thread for calling ShellExecuteEx.
