I'm working on this now because I wanted the ability to customize the user that
is given access. With SDDL, you have to put in the SID which makes it
impossible to customize the user at install time without a custom action.
Also, the contrib code will leave an existing reservation alone. I need to
overwrite an existing reservation.

NOTE: I'm going to provide my personal opinion on the using MS-PL code Wix,
this isn't the opinion of Outercurve as I haven't talked to legal counsel.
MS-PL can be used in MS-RL as long as you follow the instructions of MS-PL.
MS-PL has no MS-RL incompatible restrictions and does not prevent adding the
additional requirement that MS-RL provides.
