Hello,

I have a problem with my installation on some Win7 Systems.
At first I thought, it may have something to do with SelfRegCost=1 (I know
it's not the best way to register dll/ocx) but then I noticed that the
affected DLL isn't copied at all.
Normally all DLLs get registered and copied (on WinXP no problem at all) and
will be available at the source location (Windows\SysWOW64) on x64 Systems.
I don't know what is happening on those specific systems.
I extract some parts of the logfile of one system:

MSI (s) (44:78) [09:38:33:720]: WIN64DUALFOLDERS: 'C:\Windows\system32\'
will substitute 20 characters in 'C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSBIND.DLL' folder
path. (mask argument = 1, the folder pair's iSwapAttrib member = 1).

MSI (s) (44:78) [09:38:34:173]: Executing op:
RegAddValue(Name=C:\Windows\system32\MSBIND.DLL,Value=#-,Attributes=1)
1: \SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs 2:
C:\Windows\system32\MSBIND.DLL 3: #-

MSI (s) (44:78) [09:38:36:441]: Verifying accessibility of file: MSBIND.DLL

MSI (s) (44:70) [09:38:50:094]: Executing op:
CacheRTMFile(,FileKey=MSBIND.DLL,,ProductCode={07845160-5E93-4EDC-9182-08150E160A55},ProductVersion=31.2.65,Attributes=512,,,,CopierFlags=2,FileSize=77824,,,,,)

There's no hint, that the file "MSbind.dll" is not beeing copied sucessfully
:o
