Ahh, good point. Should those be a different document or should we expand the 
scope of this document?

What about breaking changes outside of .wxs files?  Like the DTF namespace 
change, and the Burn interfaces?

We did a bit of homework at FireGiant to track down the breaking changes made 
in WiX v4. I have to admit, I was personally a bit surprised how few there 
seemed to be. Anyway, I wrote down the results and submitted them in a WIP 
(preview here: https://github.com/wixtoolset/site/pull/33).

We’ll be undertaking the work to update WixCop.exe to fix these breaking 
changes over the next few weeks. Our hope is that makes it easier for people to 
try WiX v4.0 out with larger codebases.

If stuff was missed, let me know here and I’ll make sure the document gets 
updated.
