Using /p:PlatformToolset=Windows7.1SDK solves this problem. Now getting new ones : First is about Microsoft.VisualStudio.QualityTools.UnitTestFramework assembly which is not found. I will skip unit tests for now The second one is LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'dutil.lib' [Z:\Jenkins\workspace\Wix3\src\dtf\Tools\SfxCA\SfxCA.vcxproj]. I'm stuck on this one...
