I have been installing WiX 3.10 (plus my anti-race changes) on my four build
servers. On three of the four build servers, the install/upgrade is easy. But
on one build server, the only with 4.5.2 Developer's Kit, the bootstrapper
fails immediately after the small "W" dialog appears. The log has:
