Microsoft Platform SDK contains an example of setup.exe with source codes.

I created minor upgrade for my software. Upgrade should be run like this:

msiexec /i MyInstall.msi REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus

How can I create Setup.exe that will execute line described above?
