It's not in the WiX distribution, likely because of the paperwork involved. Italian is still marked "open."
Odds are impossible to calculate. Well, accurate ones anyway.<g> As a volunteer effort, it's all "scratch an itch" -- apparently there hasn't been a big need for Italian UI yet. That said, though localization isn't cheap, there aren't that many strings involved -- ~230 for the dialogs and ~350 for the action text and error messages. I wonder if someone managed the translation process with a translation company, could the WiX community collect enough donations to make it cheap? > Also, I should throw another question in while I'm at it. (I checked in the beginnings of one last night.) As most of the dialogs are reused, it doesn't invalidate the existing translations but some strings will be unavailable. The sets shared between v2 and v3 are still valid. -- sig://boB http://bobs.org ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
