You can use "heat.exe /?" for more information. However, if you want to
extract information about a dll into a MyDllFrag.wxs you would use:
heat.exe file MyDll.DLL -out MyDllFrag.wxs

I'm having trouble with this on Vista so I thought I would download
v3.0.2420.0 and it doesn't have this exe.
