As I mentioned in the bug, WixUI_Advanced was built with grand goals but
as of right now, its only tested use is for WiX3.msi which is a
per-machine install. Feel free to re-open the bug with additional
details (so they don't get lost in e-mail threads) so we know the
context. And feel free to submit fixes for per-user installs; it's on my
list but low priority right now.
