Stefan,
not sure if this is a feasible method for the typical scenario. It would 
require the user to (manually) copy the INI file to the Windows folder 
first, which also requires administrator privileges. Or you would need to 
use some deployment technology to pre-copy the INI file to the Windows 
folder.
