There are no issues according the lawyers that I talked to (that's why we 
picked the CPL) but I don't think lawyer recommendations are transferrable so 
you really should check with your own.  I'm not a lawyer either so my advice on 
this sort of thing is 100% useless.

I tried to find clear answer from wix mailing lists or with google, but didn't 
find any, so maybe some of you who know WIX and CPL better can help with these 
questions.

1. If you use WIX without any extensions to generate clean setup, does the 
generated msi package fall under some license? Do you have to include the CPL 
licence inside the msi?

2. If you use some extension (e.g. the WIX UI or some wix custom actions) that 
will insert a binary wix file e.g. wixca inside you msi package, what is the 
situation then?
