that are referenced in the index and collections file. For example I

of documentation that must be packaged up for deployment.
The reason I asked is that Help 2.x lets you compile all those things
into a handful of files. You don't need hundreds -- you need two or
three (five at most, for complicated help collections). And WiX already
supports them.
