Here is what I've got: I have looked in Orca and edited the directory structure so that my merge module installs to the INSTALLDIR directory as all of my other components do. However, when I run my install the Merge Module installs to the default value of INSTALLDIR while the components install to the user input value of INSTALLDIR.
So my question, do the merge modules evaluate at an earlier time then the Components?
