To the best of my knowledge an implementation in NAnt does not exist - however
you could use the <exec> task like so...
<target name="compile-source-files">
<echo message="Compiling the WiX source files..."/>
<sleep seconds="${delay.between.displayed.console.messages}"/>
<exec program="candle"
commandline="-ext WixNetFxExtension ${wix-installer-source-file}"/>
</target>
