The following has changed since build 2921, based on a my reading of a diff
between the two source folders:
IIS Extension custom actions have had their CustomActionData hidden from the
log file (CustomAction/@HideTarget="yes") and a couple have been marked
TerminalServerAware;
SqlExtension now references the correct custom actions (I believe this was
fixed in 2925)
The XmlFile/@Value and XmlConfig/@Value are now unlimited, they were
previously limited to 255 characters;
UtilExtension: a few custom actions have their CustomActionData omitted from
the log file;
For patches, the patch cabinet has its Media/@Source attribute generated
(based on the patch ID) if not set;
When modularizing properties and conditions in merge modules, no longer
compiles the regular expressions - a compiled Regex gets compiled to an
assembly and is never unloaded since you can't unload assemblies in the .NET
Framework, but a new compiled Regex was being generated every time through
the function, wasting a lot of memory.
Some of the regular expressions used in validating the source XML documents
were modified to (presumably) fix some problem in validation.
But that's it - the smart cabbing feature is not in this source.

I have just downloaded the latest build from
http://wix.sourceforge.net/releases/3.0.3001.0/ and the wix3-sources.zip
file seems to be identical to the previous version (3.0.2925.0). Is this
version any different (I was expecting to see Rob's new CAB file code) or
has there been a slip up in the build process?
