Nothing "wrong" per se -- it's definitely better than getting a console
window using cmd.exe. That said, in addition to Rene's points, I prefer
explicit over implicit. MSDN documents what ShellExecute does; AFAICT,
it doesn't document the behavior of running explorer.exe. While I'm sure
they end up using similar code paths eventually, it's not clear what
else explorer.exe does to get there. Besides, I wrote the CA.<g>
