Hi Rob,

Last compile I tried the following:

<InstallExecuteSequence>
        <LaunchConditions Suppress='no'>NOT (GUI="1")</LaunchConditions>
</InstallExecuteSequence>

And it did not work either, it fails with the specified message of the 
condition. Maybe it is a bug?
