Hi Brent, Why not create a modify the SetupTypeDlg so that you have a button for "Complete" and one for "Runtime Only". Your runtime would be level 1 for example, and everything else would be level 4. If the user clicked complete everything would be installed, and if they clicked "Runtime Only" the level would be set to 1 and only the runtime would be installed. Then you end up with one MSI. I'm a bit new to WiX and MSI's so I may be missing something here.
