Just trying to confirm this:
So I merge module cannot contain other merge modules?
I am trying to build a merge module which contains :
1. My own constructed merge module.
2. The VC80 runtime merge modules.
3. The msxml4 merge modules.
But when I try to put them under a <Module/> element, wix says:
error LGHT0184 : An unexpected row in the 'WixMerge' table was found in this
merge module. Merge modules cannot contain the 'WixMerge' table.
This works fine in an Installer package (under a <Product/> element) .
So basically, I can't do that, right? I can set up a dependency between Merge
Modules, but one Merge Module cannot include another?
