Error 5 is ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED. Patchwiz tried to delete the directory
and couldn't. The most common reason is that some other process, like a
virus scanner, is locking files and preventing the delete. Try excluding
the %TEMP% directory from real-time virus scanning.
