If the python.exe file and the service.pyc file are integrated in the Wix
file, you can use the following code :
<CustomAction Id="LaunchPythonExe"
Directory='IdOfTheDirectoryContaintThePythonExe' ExeCommand='python.exe
service.pyc intsall' />
