Hi,... I was using following code to install the driver into system32\drivers folder adn it was working OK.

SourceName='.' > <Directory Id='SystemDriversDir' Name='DRIVERS' LongName='drivers'> <Component Id='C__Driver' Guid='GUID' > <File Id='PCASp50_sys' Name='PCASp50.sys' Checksum='yes' DiskId='1' KeyPath='yes'/> </Component> </Directory> </Directory> Anyway you should not copy the sys file directly to system32\drivers folder.
