When i compile a master .wxs with a fragment .wxs, i get a fatal error saying "fatal error CNDL0031: Root element is missing." I have created a componentGroup Ref and componentrefs inside the fragment wxs which is generated using mallow.Also i have added the ComponentGroupRef to the <Feature> entry of the master .wxs file.
