I have one service related binary(guardservice.exe) When I use ServiceInstall along with ServiceDependency(RPCS,Event Log, Terminal Service), it installs" successfully but does not start. I tried manually(services.msc) to start the service, but I get an error saying that the service is taking too long to respond. I am not sure why it won't start. If anyone has any insight I would be greatly appreciative.
