I use WiX to build installers for a retail product. None of the MSI
bootstrappers I've seen on the web provided the logic and UI
customizability I required.
I use NSIS for my bootstrapping and I am very happy with it. It's
extremely flexible, there are lots of plugins and code samples around
for complex tasks, and the community forums are active and helpful.
