I figured it out... I changed it to this and it worked: <Registry Id='RegRunAs1' Root="HKCR" Key="Msi.Package\shell\runas\command" Action="write" Value='"%SystemRoot%\System32\msiexec.exe" /i "%1" %*' Type='expandable' />
