there are some questions that I've been unable to figure out myself from the
WiX documentation.
Does files Id have to be the same between two versions of the same installer
even if the file has changed? Or if the file haven't changed even?
Is there anything special that I have to do to handle versioning in an .msi
installer? (removing files from previous installers as an example).
Can I make an .msm handle versioning as well?
What's the best approach to install system wide .dll files? I've been
reading about assemblies but I'm not sure if I understand the concept
correctly.
What I want basically is to install .dll files in such way that I don't need
to modify the PATH environment.
