Hi,
I am implementing a way to generate documentation from my wix projects
with doxygen. I wrote a doxygen filter: a preprocessor that merges the
.wxs, .wxi-s and other pieces of the wixproj project into one XML, then
I am transforming that into doxygen docs. I'll write a blog post about
that some time soon. My preprocessor is sort of rudimentary. I'd like to
use wix for that just like one could use a C++ preprocessor. What I want
is given a .wixproj, produce a single XML that has all the things that
can be resolved, such as properties and includes, ... resolved to their
values, fragments merged, etc.
Does this already exist? Is it possible to expose that functionality in
wix? Is it a good idea?
